NOTE: We urge you to ship all of the PitPack rack kits to your warehouse location where you will assemble racks for delivery to your customers along with their PitPack product. Please indicate your shipping preference below. Racks come in two boxes weighing approximately 160 lbs. There is a third box that contains the 8 plastic dispensing bottles, how to instructions sheet and a zip tie to attach it to the rack, a counter mat, and product/viscosity stickers.

However, if you would like the PitPack rack kits delivered directly to your customers or multiple addresses, please upload a distribution list (Excel (.xls) files preferred) that includes complete shipping addresses and quantity of PitPack rack kits per location.

CHEVRON PITPACK RACK TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  1. Chevron Products Company, a division of Chevron U.S.A. Inc. (“Chevron”) agrees to provide you certain lubricant dispensing equipment known as the PitPack™ Rack (the “PitPack Rack”) and to permit you to lend the PitPack Rack to your customers (“Customers”) for the dispensing of authorized Chevron-branded lubricant in PitPack™ packaging on the terms and conditions set forth herein.
  2. You shall use and shall cause your Customers to use the PitPack Rack solely in connection with the sale of Chevron lubricant products and more specifically only those Chevron lubricant products expressly designated as being approved for use in the PitPack Rack. You shall not display or dispense any non-Chevron product or non-authorized Chevron product using the PitPack Rack, and you shall require that your Customers not display or dispense any non-Chevron product or non-authorized Chevron product using the PitPack Rack.
  3. For each full pallet (40 boxes or 240 gallons – excluding MSA volume) of Chevron-branded lubricant products in PitPack packaging purchased by you through August 1, 2014, you will receive two PitPack Rack credits. Beginning on August 2, 2014, Chevron will award one PitPack Rack credit for each full pallet purchase. You may redeem each PitPack Rack credit for one PitPack Rack kit, which includes: PitPack Rack, header card, assembly instructions, 8 plastic dispensing bottles, bottle stickers, and a counter mat. PitPack Rack credits may be used only for ordering PitPack Racks and will expire 12 months after the date of full pallet purchase.
  4. You acknowledge that you will own the PitPack Rack and that you and/or your Customers are responsible for assembling, installing, using and maintaining each PitPack Rack in compliance with all applicable laws, statutes, rules and regulations, and you shall indemnify, release and hold harmless Chevron from any act, error, omission or negligence in connection with the assembly, installation, use, maintenance, transfer, sale or disposal of the PitPack Rack. You and/or your Customers will assume total responsibility for all taxes, assessments, license fees or other charges which might be levied against the PitPack Rack, its use and/or maintenance.
  5. You acknowledge that Chevron and its affiliates are the exclusive providers of the PitPack Rack system and the sole and exclusive owners of the PITPACK trademark and logo (the “PITPACK Mark”). You agree not to claim any right, title or interest therein. You and your Customers shall have the non-exclusive right to use the PITPACK Mark solely in connection with the PitPack Rack system. Any and all use of the PITPACK Mark shall conform to Chevron’s standards, and Chevron shall have the right to demand that you and your Customer stop use of the PitPack Rack, the PITPACK Mark, and any confusingly similar designation, at any time for any reason. At no time shall any product, service or promotional material not provided or authorized by Chevron be used, sold or offered for sale in connection with any PitPack Rack equipment or using the PITPACK Mark, nor shall any Chevron-branded lubricants be mixed or blended with any other product or substance and sold or offered for sale in connection with the PitPack Rack equipment or using the PITPACK Mark. The PITPACK Mark is expressly included as one of the “Chevron Marks” governed by your Chevron Lubrication Marketer Agreement.
  6. Chevron reserves the right to make changes in the PitPack program at any time.
